    i found this today and will definitely give it a try. over the course of discovering alternative treatments to improve the health of my body i have done reflexology, accupressure, accupuncture, rolfing and chiropractics (at the present i have been getting adjustments weekly for over a year and started chiropractic adjustments many years back but stopped b/c of a broken neck that i had to be careful about any kind of adjustments but i have a very talented poet and gentle doctor of chiropractics that is extremely careful with the way in which he manipulates my delicate body). this would be great and i am hoping i am able to get it to work for me. i am optimistic. a great post. i definite post to reblog. more people should become aware of this method toward better physical health which will effect mental health. by jennifer kiley.
